•    Planning routes using a GPS.
•     Reporting mechanical problems to maintenance personnel.
•     Inspecting trucks and recording issues.

• Organizes shelves to ensures that stores that products are properly stocked
• Maintains store shelves by removing outdated or damaged products.
• Displays and arranges product appearance
• Sets up prices and promotional signs - Tracks inventory levels and product displays

• Sells company goods and merchandise
• Maintains van-selling operations in his assigned outlets/areas
• Reviews daily target for the day and the balance to hit
• Checks actual inventory loadings vs SFA unit posting
• Ensure daily loading of merchandising materials and POP's
• Report to sales supervisor before and after every route
• Ensures good working condition of his routing vehicle before going to the field
• Reports irregularities or defects found in his vehicle to his immediate supervisor

Job Description:

PROCESS TRANSACTIONS: Efficiently pack/bag customer purchases & check pertinent documents of the transaction

· PACK/BAG PURCHASED ITEMS

Check quantity of items purchased & efficiently pack/bag the items following set standards & procedures

· KEEP SALES DOCUMENTS

Check completeness & ensure safekeeping of necessary materials / supplies / documents at the counter

· RECORD ERRONEOUS TRANSACTIONS

Record all cancelled, voided & suspended transaction

· TURN OVER SALES DOCUMENTS AT END-OF-DAY

Submit all sales documents to the Checking Supervisor at the end of the day

Shopping Bags

COUNTER OPERATIONS SUPPORT: Replenish shopping bags to ensure smooth transaction flow at the cashier counters

· MONITOR SHOPPING BAGS & OTHER MATERIALS

Monitor availability & ensure regular replenishment of shopping bags & other packaging materials in all counters

· REPLENISH SHOPPING BAGS & OTHER SUPPLIES

Provide additional shopping bags & other packaging materials at the cashier counters throughout the day

· PREPARE SUPPLIES FOR REPLENISHMENT

Prepare materials & supplies to ensure efficient & smooth replenishment at the counters during store operations

· CLEAN THE STOCKROOM

Organize materials & supplies in their designated storage racks, arrange boxes & clean the stockroom of trash

· SECURE SHOPPING BAGS & OTHER MATERIALS

Monitor distribution of shopping bags & packaging materials; ensure that these materials are only provided at the cashier counters

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course

· Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision

· Computer literate

· Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours

· Willing to be assigned in THE SM Store Dasmariñas

Job Description:

PROCESS INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS: Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns

· VERIFY AUTHENTICITY OF CREDIT CARDS

Verify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features

· COORDINATE WITH BANKS

Secure approval for installment transactions by using the bank-provided EFT terminals or by calling the bank

· REPLENISH FORMS & OTHER SUPPLIES

Check completeness of cashiering forms / documents & other supplies at the counter

· ASSIST CUSTOMERS W/ LOST CREDIT CARDS

Assist customers with lost credit card by calling the bank & allowing the customer to report his/her lost credit card

· DISTRIBUTE LOOSE CHANGE

Provide immediate response to requests for loose change in case CUC is on break

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course

· Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes

· Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision

· Computer literate

• The Sales Supervisor will supervise the Sales Executive and ensure to hit the sales target monthly.

• Conduct initial qualification and validation of all requests for payments.

• Ascertain that payables are prepared according to scheduled date of payment before they become due to avoid penalties/interests

• Performs bookkeeping / accounting functions of recording.

• Performs proper file management and archiving.

• Perform other assigned tasks by Accounting Head / Finance Officer.

• The Sales Executive will work under the Sales Department of the company, and will promote roofing materials to various clients. The position involves seeking prospects, responding to leads, and maintaining/expanding relationships with existing clients.
• The Sales Executive is expected to go through the entire sales process, including visits, follow up, negotiation, closing of contracts, and collection.
