Job Descriptions:

Primary Functions

 

Responsible in coordinating and executing several HR end to end recruitment transactional activities and providing solid support to the department heads and employees in areas of talent acquisition, talent management and maintaining talent database file.

 

Responsible in coordinating and executing several HR Admin functions such as timekeeping and payroll, performance management and supplies management.

 

DETAILED DUTIES AND TASKS

  • Checks, encodes, and monitors of all manpower request by concerned departments by ensuring that all Manpower Request Form (MRF) are tally with the approved plantilla or manpower complement as to head count and employment status.
  • Receives MRF and create job ads based on the job requirements or job descriptions specified by the concerned department.
  • Conducts paper screening of applicants being sourced from all job portal / job boards.
  • Conducts initial interview of all shortlisted candidates from R&F level posts and endorses qualified applicants for 2nd level interview to the respective supervisor / hiring department.
  • Executes / implements recruitment plan approved by HR Assistant Manager/HR Managing Consultant.
  • Maintains the active database file of manpower pool per position, ready for access and for future reference.
  • Administers / conducts pre-employment exams to shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepares interview impression and profile of candidates for endorsement to hiring managers / department.
  • Prepares and monitors Performance Appraisal of the near end (5th month) employees.
  • Collates and prepares summary of employee performance direct and agency employees.
  • Prepares Purchase Requisition (PR) of Office, Utility and Pantry Supplies.
  • Prepares On-call Delivery Helper timekeeping and statement of account summary.
  • Generates timekeeping reports via HRIS of Non-Confi Weekly paid employees.
  • Process Non-Confi Weekly paid employee’s payroll.
  • Prepares 13th month computation of Non-Confi Weekly paid employees.
  • Monitors and assists the conduct of training programs in Cavite Branch.
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements:

Position Qualifications

 

EDUCATION

Graduate of BS Psychology, BS HR Management, Human Resource Management & other relevant business course
